POST-INVESTMENT PRODUCT ASSESSMENT

Key Question: New investors engaged Osparna to evaluate the current product offering, with a focus on reducing build cost, and to make initial recommendations regarding the product’s evolution. As a by-product, Osparna was asked to render an opinion of the team.

Process: Osparna analyzed the product’s BOM, schematics, software architecture, and infield customer service offerings.As part of this process, Osparna met with the CEO, Head of Product Development and Chief of Procurement over the course of multiple weeks.

Question Answered: Osparna recommended that the Company not seek to reduce the current product costs. Instead, Osparna believes that the Company should pursue development of the next generation product offering.

Deliverables: Osparna’s report, initial analysis of the next generation offering and a verbal debrief to the investor.
