POST-REORGANIZATION TEAM ASSESSMENT

Key Question: Executive Management team sought an independent evaluation of the Product Development team post a significant reorganization. Executive Management team engaged Osparna to observe the Product Development team to determine if the reorganization was having the desired impact.

Process: Osparna met with the CEO and Managing Director of Software Delivery.  In addition, Osparna attending the Product Development teams’ daily stand-ups for numerous weeks.

Question Answered: While there were initial reservations due to the reorganization, Osparna found that the combined teams functioned well together. The Managing Director of Software Delivery proved capable of leading the combined teams.

Deliverables: Osparna’s report and analysis debrief.

Outcome: Based partially on Osparna’s recommendation, the Company continued with the reorganization.
