Anthropic Financed a Seven-Year Cloud Bill With Warrants. Oracle Declared Force Majeure on a Data Center It Hasn't Finished. The AI Buildout Quietly Became a Balance-Sheet Story.

Oracle declared force majeure on a Stargate data center in New Mexico it has not finished building. That is venture-scale risk wearing the clothes of a supply contract, and almost none of it shows up where venture investors are trained to look.
